- Antivirus solutions
- Thermal imaging systems
3. Service Agreements
Specific services may require separate service agreements that will detail the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and other specific conditions. These agreements, when signed, become part of the overall terms governing our relationship.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
TG Security Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the customer.
7. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of security services. TG Security Group maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security configurations, and business operations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Monitoring services typically require 30 days written notice for termination.
9. Changes to Terms
TG Security Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
